How to Vote
BY MAIL:
By now, all registered District Four voters have received a vote-by-mail ballot in the mail.
Voters received their ballots the week of February 5th.
Fill out your ballot as early as possible, and make sure to vote for Henry Foster III for San Diego City Council, District Four!
Put your ballot in the provided envelope, and sign and date the back. No stamps needed!
You can mail your ballot back or drop it off at an official Drop-Off Location or Vote Center on or before March 5th!

IN PERSON:
Starting February 24th
Find a Vote Center near you!
Pick a location and set aside some time to go and vote!
Arrive at the Vote Center and check in to receive your ballot.
Vote for Henry Foster III for San Diego City Council, District Four!
Missed the voter registration deadline? No worries! You can still conditionally register and vote provisionally at the Registrar’s office or at any vote center in District Four.

Critical Dates
February 5: Mail-in Ballots begin to go out to registered voters.
February 6: Ballot drop box locations open through March 5th.
February 20: Last day to register to vote!
February 24: Select Vote Centers open from 8 AM - 5 PM daily.
March 2: All Vote Centers open Citywide.
March 5 (Election Day): All vote centers & ballot drop box locations open from 7 AM - 8 PM.
